Financial Arrangements

Payment is requested at the time of service. We offer our patients a variety of financial options. Patients who choose to pay for their entire treatment plan with cash or check will receive a 5% courtesy savings. Patients age 65 and older will receive a 10% courtesy savings.

We are committed to providing quality services, and to the success of your treatment. Treatment options and findings will be discussed following your examination. At that time, we will thoroughly explain the cost before a procedure is performed. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover American Express, and Care Credit.

CareCredit

CareCredit is a separate line of credit that offers 3, 6, 12, and 18 month interest-free programs with low monthly payments. Additionally, CareCredit offers 24, 36, 48 and 60-month low interest payment plans. CareCredit can be used to pay for co-payments and treatment not covered by insurance. With CareCredit, you can start treatment immediately and leave your major credit cards available for unexpected expenses. Dental Insurance Plans

Payment is requested at the time of service. As a courtesy, the office will electronically submit your insurance claim and pre-authorization (as applicable). We participate with Excellus, BlueCross BlueShield of Central New York and Rochester, United Concordia and Pomco.
